Master's qualification
An executive specialised Master's Degree
The majority of participants in the programme qualify for the executive Master's Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change, delivered by HEC Paris.
To be eligible for the Master's Degree you must submit a 20,000 word dissertation, in addition to the successful completion of your coursework.
Participants who choose not to pursue the HEC executive specialised Master's degree will upon completion of the programme receive a Consulting and Coaching for Change programme certificate from both schools.
The dissertation
The dissertation is a personal project anchored in a real organisational change situation. Tutors will provide advice and feedback throughout the research process to help participants identify and scope a feasible subject, explore the relevant literature, define a research methodology, analyse and gather data, and write up the results in the appropriate format.
The research question is related to the human dynamics of change in organisations and should combine theory and empirical evidence. In the past, several participants have developed their dissertations into published articles whilst others have furthered their research interests by going on to doctoral studies.
